Yes, this is correct. Upload the full content of the "Upgrade" package and override all files if prompted to.

Remember to always make a backup of your database and the website files before attempting to upgrade Xenforo.

@XenForo Rocks thanks for that release! I have one question, cause I never made an upgrade. I am afraid to crash my 20k member board. I am running xenforo 1.5.12 now and want to upgrade to 1.5.14. This is the upgrade version right? So when I follow the upgrade steps from xenforo I should don't have problems right?
